Shoutbox & Gallery

The shoutbox should stay above the other news on the front page and will there be a button on the horizontal menu bar for the gallery as well? It's kind of hidden now ^^

I thought neoxx messed it up so I moved the shoutbox back up, then he moved it back down again.  And yes, once neoxx or javenlin get me a picture for the top, I will add it.

I didnt mess it up.  I wanted it to get attention, as I know that I may miss something new if its under the shoutbox or something.

We just need a link on the top bar or in the news section first, then I'll move it back down below.

I really dont mind the shoutbox being "hidden", as certain news items are more important.

Btw, inferno, you should re-upload those pics into your user album, so you dont ahve to make new folders for each person, and the members can create their own, and they'll all be in the same place.  It works very well and easy, so I'd suggest doing that.

Yep I figured it out, makes more sense than making a ton of individual folders

Someone test out making a user album.  Turned off auto-approve to avoid some permissions that users can set that would be un-satisfactory to the dictat... admins   Just want to see how the approval works.

User albums are able to be created and me and neoxx added a button to the top of the page (he made button, i coded it in)
