There have been many "Godly is a HAXOR, ban him!" threads made in the past, as well as for other members, but I didnt have this amazing idea until now, so if you want to dig them up and post them (not just links, but the most relevant quotes) be my guest.  Also, link it as well... just because.

This is long into the "13 makes you rage" thread, and has been successfully derailed by, of course, train pictures.  He has since devolved into posting in only caps and making long explanations of who we are in the completely irrelevant videos he finds on youtube.  He even started off the thread with a video he uploaded of some guy freaking out, saying thats how 13 made all of us feel.

Never has the MO forums seen such a fast transition from zerging new guild to universal target for everyone else there, as even guilds and members who are quite clearly enemies will still agree with eachother about how much fail 13 has.   This post is most deserving of the spotlight, as it targets myself, Godly, and Angarato.  Win.

The problem with Godly (and others like him) is not that they PK, or kill blues or noobs or any of that.
 
It's how they do it that is the problem.
 
1. Godly using a macro to thrust 6 times with a spear in a second is lame, you can't compete using normal game mechanics.
 
2. Godly using node-lines to insta-log when he is being defeated in PVP is bullshit.
 
3. Godly had a house with a friggen granum node inside of it that he macro gathered with no risk at all for the longest time.
 
 
Godly is not a good PVP'er, hes not a good PK .....he is a cheater, exploiter, and all things equal he wouldn't even play this game because he would get his ass kicked and his ego wouldn't be able to handle it.

Another good one.  Serious or not, its a good read:

So night fell in Fabernum and with it came Godly.

He is not just any red con PvPer. He is incredibly skilled.

I see about 10 people running thru town towards the exit and so I go to see what's going on. As I get into the hallway I see dead bodies everywhere. Just outside the city walls stands a single player with a spear.

I see him kill a person and so I go out to check the loot on the dead player thinking they were red or grey and that the loot they had might be good. As soon as I get out there I get hit for 47 damage. I turn and tab and see the name Godly in red. I get hit another time and run back to safety of the town.

I then see him kill a few more people and so a bunch of people started sitting in the hallway just inside the guarded area. He then switches tactic and breaks out bow and arrow. He killed several people in the hallway and I get hit by an arrow for 57 damage.

The simple fact you can shoot an arrow or hit with a weapon for that kind of damage really makes me happy. It shows the dramatic differences you can go thru from the beginner character to a full blown killing machine. It takes not only time, but dedication and research to get the skillsets needed to do what he was doing. Not just that but the actual skill he possesses and works the perfect in his PvP style is nothing short of incredible.

Basically I have gained much respect for Godly. It will be very interesting to see what kind of environmental challenges will be put in place to match the skill I saw today. Also the balance of that kind of power with other play styles should be interesting to see.

The collection from the infamous "neoxx_myrmidon" and "angarato_myrmidon" and Myrmidonguild itself!  Our guild has risen to such power that it can makes its own posts.  From the MMORPG forums/articles:

Starvault needs to file bankruptcy and close its doors before they have to release this broken unfinished game. They need to sell to a bigger company that has the funds to correctly produce and have a strategy and planning as Starvault just throws stuff together at the last minute.

What a joke of a game. It is going to fail hard at launch and the fanboys will not be able to keep it alive.

Mortal Online is the shittiest game I have ever played. I have played many betas up to this point, but damn this game sucks BAD. All the systems are unfinished and the lag?

Most incomplete and unpolished/unfinished game I have ever played. There have been problems in the game for months now with no solutions. Starvault does not know how to program a game correctly, they have no previous experience in developing a game, they are unprofessionalism at its worst!

This game is going to completely fail. The is no content for people to play, so after the first month, there are going to be barely anyone subscribing as the retention rate will be extremely low.

Mortal Online is going to fail and Starvault is going to go into bankruptcy. This game is one of the biggest disasters in MMO historyand.

Everyone I know has gotten a refund already through filing disputes with their credit cards, this game is complete garbage.

Over 750 votes and 90% of the people that voted gave their open beta a 4 or less out of 10. The game is crap. How the hell are they releasing this broken piece of crap and expect to stay alive? Their fanboys won't even keep them going. They need a minimum of 13,000 subs a month, they will not even get half of that.

Starvault and Mortal Online are amateurish unprofessionals and everyone knows after playing their god awful open beta.

Myrmidon has been around for a while, and in that time I've watched how their members act, how they operate, their general demeanor in game, and so forth. When Myrmidon first began to truly grow, they really had the means, the dedication, and the legitimate capability to grow to great lengths, and extend past what they are now. It's no secret that the more respectable members of Myrmidon are enjoyable people to talk to, and quite good at being PKers.

Myrmidon is a guild that doesn't care what people think about them (Or claim to). This is a good trait to hold, but it can also be quite stunting. Many of their members seem to hold the higher ranking ones back. If they continue on the path that they are on now, I feel that they will never reach their full potential, and remain the bully on the playground who steals the lunch money of the scrawny kid, rather then a formidable, respected, PvP force.

Thinking about this, I can't help but wonder "Is this what Neoxx wants for his guild?" Does he not aspire to become a force to be reckoned with? I respect whatever he wants out of his guild, but I feel that the idiocy that some of the Myrmidon members spread is truly holding them back. Some of their members in particular seem to make fools out of their guild.



Look at the way he types. Look at the way he acts. He reminds me of what many consider to be a stereotypical WoW player. The sheer stupidity. I'd feel embarrassed if someone acted this way whilst representing Tellurian. Neoxx - Do you even care about being taken seriously, or is this what you want out of your guild?

Some of their members even pride themselves on being hated and getting multiple infractions, getting banned, and so forth. I know that forums do not equal the game, but in a sandbox, your image matters a great deal. This might fly in WoW, but I doubt it will do anything other then hurt you in MO.

Look at the way they act. Look at the terms they throw around, trying to act cool. What are they trying to prove? Don't they realize that they are sabotaging everything that Neoxx has worked for? I've never seen such a self destructive guild, and they are beginning to remind me of Th1rt3en. These same members are the ones that approach other players and say "Pay or die." They don't show any tact. They don't show any skill. They simply show that they are muggers and that they shouldn't be feared, but mocked.

Leaders of Myrmidon, if you are reading this, heed my words. You have potential, but soon, it may be to late. Get your act together and stop fucking yourselves over. There is a difference between not caring what people think of you and purposefully pissing on your own image. If you ever want to be seen as more then meaningless newbie gankers, then I'd do something about what's happening before it's to late.

Since I play alot, I can tell when someone is moving normally or CLIPPING around all obviously. I can also tell when someone has tracked and teleported right next to me. I can tell the difference between lag and hack lag. I can't even spell this one guys name right due to the fact that he for some reason has broken caps key and its all in caps, so I didn't read it carefully enough assuming the guy was some youngin' on his parents computer. Lets just say its something like AGGREGROR or something, but I have seen that guy speed hack and even cause crash lag spikes in at least 5 different clashes. Not to mention all the reports I get through Vent that have similar situations. We fight alot of blues and reds, and only a VERY FEW are speed hacking.

The guy I mentioned is one. Another example is a guy named NiteSilver, NEVER seen the guy before. Comes up, loops about killing 2 people, I knock him down with my horse, and due to his lag spikes he is creating, not only is he moving FASTER than the game allows, but causes us to calculate slower, thus even though I hit him with my horse on my screen, the game says I hit one of my friends, who dies and forces me to go red. (I circled 3 times before charging to make sure I hit the right guy, and on my screen I did. And did NOT go grey, just insta red the second my friend dies)

Adorable.

I can handle losing gear or what ever (I didn't die anyways), but getting a red flag over a hack is a where I am going to draw the line. Freeing up hard drive space NOW, so just try that crap again, and see my youtube video of your banning.

I realize this was in a thread made by a member, but I think its pretty awesome and needs to be immortalized.

Myrmidon reminds me of a guild from Age of Conan. The guild was Carnage, full of big mouthed teens constantly posting on the forums and spamming global chat about how great they were even though on multiple occassions there is documented proof of hacking/exploiting and getting banned.

Im not going to say that Myrm is doing anything against the rules, as I do not know, but I have my suspicions. Point is, youre all taking the game too seriously, so you beat up a few pixels, good for you. At the end of the day, youre still an immature kid whos never felt the warmth of a vagina, and your eFame will fade one day.

I was fighting gazelles outside Fabernum, my health was really low so i was resting, then at jet speed this horse came and rammed into me, I remember falling over and getting up then i began to run, then i fell again and my screen was red and then the guy killed me. Im still pissed that I lost my first heavy robes that I made. The guy that killed me was called Achillies, I fucking hate that guy. Don't know him... but he took my first armor.

SOoo Ive been playing for about 10 minutes total, and my friend who had been playing for a week or soo then.... was like hey come with me im going to go explore. So im like ok and i start following him around starting in miduli we go and go and go and finally come to the miduli barn priest>>lol by this time im getting pissed because I have no idea where im at and i was scared i would never get back to miduli but he kept going sooo i followed him threw the colored forrest and across the bridge towrds K town.. we stoped to poke around the calix rocks and while doing soo i fall into the water..... i flip up and down side to side trying to saty alive.... fianlly somehow i got back onto solid ground and when i had done sooo there stood a fully geared guy in scale armor and a spear >GODLY omg i was dead in 2 seconds

i think it took me 15 minutes to figure out how to respwan
