without the help of the local government OR the persons ISP. Sure, there are some free bullshit services online
that let you trace an IP address, but it's not exact, and it will NOT give you a full address. Now that said, you are

In EVE we all kind of know each other in RL.  We do have lots of get-togethers (BBQs and such) and tons of people go to Iceland for the fanfest which is always drunken disaster and a lot of fun.

So you get to know who everyone is in RL.  Anyway one of the pranks we pulled we pulled on a well known dude in one of our enemy alliance.  Cool guy and one of those enemies you have a lot of respect for and enjoy fighting which makes beating the living shit out of them (in game) and embarrassing them even better.  He is like the biggest most stereotypical virgin geek IRL that you can imagine, while being a really cool and fun internet tough guy.  So I hired this knock out gorgeous as fuck escort to embarrass the hell out of him by getting him to cream his pants in public and then a alliance mate burned one of our low level spies in their alliance to post a youtube link to it in their members section of their forums.
